Summer at Library Website Banner

Summer Reading Program starts June 1st, 2018

We want to help you fill your summer with books, creativity, and fun at the library! This summer we invite you to read 5 books, make 5 things, and explore in 5 ways. You can read books from home or from the library. You can make things at home or at our makerspace, Square One. You can explore events at the library, our library resources, places in the community, or just learn something new.

After you read five books you will get a Read Make Explore book bag and a book buck to spend at the Friends of the Library's monthly book sales. You can earn an entry into the raffle by Making 5 things and another entry for Exploring in 5 Ways. Completion of all three challenges earns you a bonus raffle entry. The raffle drawing will be in early August for awesome raffle prizes from local businesses

You can log everything in Beanstack, or use a paper log you pick up at the library or print from below. Paper logs will not have as many ideas for activities as the online site. Calendars of special summer events are available at the library or can be printed from our website as well. We wish you an amazing summer!

This program is made possible by the generous support of the Friends of the Woodland Library.
