AB 1826 Form for Multifamily Residences 2020

  1. The City of Woodland would like to know what is being done with the yard and landscaping waste (green waste) collected at your multifamily residence. The following form will help us determine if your multifamily residence is compliant with the new requirements of AB 1826 (as of January 1st, 2019), or if your residence needs help in becoming compliant.

  5. Would you be interested in setting up organics recycling services with Waste Management for your green waste collection?*

    The organics bin provided by Waste Management can be filled with organic waste, including yard/landscaping waste, food waste, and food-soiled paper. If you select yes, Waste Management will be notified to contact you to help set up service.

  6. Electronic Signature Agreement*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
