On September 14, 2012 Woodland Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Lee Middle School for a suspicious circumstance. At about 7:25 PM three male juveniles 11 to 12 years of age were in the front parking lot of the school. A man in a pickup pulled up next to the boys. The man asked the boys to approach the pickup. The boys walked away from the pickup. The man drove the pickup away southbound on West Street.
The man was described as a white male in his 40's, with a medium build, blonde or light brown spiked hair, a goatee, eyeglasses, wearing a blue short sleeved button-up shirt with a patch on the right chest.
The vehicle was described as a four-wheel-drive silver four door Chevrolet Silverado with lightly tinted windows and running boards.
