The City of Woodland's Economic Development Strategic Plan, adopted by the City Council on September 30, 2002, focuses on the long-term goals of enhancing the quality of the local economic base, improving community "infrastructure" for economic development, promoting Woodland with a positive image, and developing leadership and cooperation for local economic development.
