Customer Service Satisfaction Survey

Under customer-focused initiatives, the city has created a Customer Satisfaction ‘E-Survey' for City projects.  This City project survey will be perpetually available on the City website for residents, business owners, and any other impacted or interested stakeholders to provide valuable, timely feedback to City staff and consultants/contractors associated with the projects. The purpose of the survey is to continuously improve processes and procedures and, consequently, the services and products. 

The survey can be completed online with a user-friendly single button to submit or, if preferred, could be printed and mailed.  The e-mailed along with mailed surveys will be used for compiling and trending response data and forwarding feedback to the project leads for addressing immediate concerns, making any necessary course corrections, and  incorporating any ‘lessons learned' policy, process and/or procedure modifications as warranted.
