Commit2Fit is a citywide fitness initiative aimed to increase physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle. The City of Woodland along with community partners have joined together to motivate our community and create an awareness of how living a healthy lifestyle is easy and can be fun.
The program is free and available to anyone who lives, works, or plays in Woodland. There are 3 simple steps to Commit2Fit:
1. Sign up for Commit2Fit
2. Work out - independently or attend the free group exercise classes listed on the calendar. Log your exercise during the month.
3. Submit your Fitness Log - For a chance to win raffle prizes, submit your completed Fitness Log at the end of the month.
