The Community Services Department (formerly the Parks & Recreation Department) provides the community with a variety of life-enriching programs; events; grant opportunities; recreation and senior programs; non-profit and community partner collaboration; and affordable housing needs.

Commit2Fit 31-Day Challenge

Register Now for the 31-Day Fitness Challenge “Commit2Fit”

Looking for some motivation to get moving and be healthy, need a push to try something out of your comfort zone, or do you just like fitness challenges where you can win some great prizes? Join fellow Woodlanders during the month of May for the second “Commit2Fit” – (C2Fit) challenge. Anyone who lives, plays, or works in Woodland is welcome to participate. C2Fit is a citywide fitness initiative aimed to increase physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle.
