Sec. 25-10-01. Purpose.

To provide for a mix of business service uses and professional office uses which are compatible with residential uses in transition areas between residential and other land uses. The zone is to be applied only to areas of one-half net acre or larger. These new nonresidential uses must be:
(1) Low to moderate traffic generators;
(2) Daytime uses unless it can be clearly demonstrated that evening use would not infringe on residential uses;
(3) Compatible with the residential character and uses of the area. (Amended during the March 2009 supplement.)
