Chapter 25 ZONING ORDINANCE.
Article 10. T Transition Overlay Zone.
Sec. 25-10-30. Conditional uses.
(a) New nonresidential uses consistent with the purposes set forth in this
zone. Retail sales and medical offices are prohibited in this zone. Examples of
the type of uses which would be consistent with the purpose of this zone are the
following: business and professional office, such as those for insurance, real
estate, and law; advertising business; data processing service; computer
programming/software; drafting service and a photography studio.
(b) All
conditional uses permitted in the underlying zone.
(c) Expansion or
enlargement of nonresidential uses that were legally in existence on or before
December 6, 1979. (Amended during the March 2009 supplement.)
