(a) All projects located within this zone must comply with the City of Woodland Downtown Specific Plan (Resolution #4425 adopted March 2003). Where standards are not spelled out in the downtown specific plan (Resolution #4425 adopted March 2003). The requirements of the Zoning Ordinance shall be followed.
(b) All development within this zone must comply with the design guidelines contained in the downtown specific plan (Resolution #4425 adopted March 2003).
(c) The re-occupancy of a commercial building is subject to the approval of the zoning administrator. (Amended during the March 2009 supplement.)
