(a) All projects located within this zone must comply with the city East Street Corridor specific plan. Where standards are not specified in the East Street Corridor specific plan, the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance shall be followed.
(b) All development within this zone must comply with the design guidelines contained in the East Street Corridor specific plan. (Amended during the March 2009 supplement.)
