Sec. 25-15-50. Other required conditions.

(a) All uses are subject to the provisions of Articles 22, 23, and 24.
(b) The re-occupancy of a commercial building is subject to the approval of the zoning administrator.
(c) Site plan approval required for all uses requiring a building permit.
(d) Apartments and multiple-family dwellings shall conform to the area, lot width and yard requirements as required in the R-M multiple-family residential zone.
(e) Lot coverage: sixty percent, except for parcels: (1) front on Main Street between Fourth Street and Walnut Street, (2) front on Bush Street, and (3) fronting on First Street, Second Street, and College Street between Main and Court Streets where the lot coverage may be one hundred percent.
