(a) Front yard: twenty feet except as noted in Section 25-25-20(f).
(b) Side yards:
Interior side: none, except when abutting a residential zone, then not less than required for said residential zone.
Street side of corner lot: same as front yard with the addition of the visibility triangle required by Article 22.
(c) Rear yard: none, except when abutting a residential zone, then not less than ten feet. (Amended during the March 2009 supplement.)
