Sec. 25-27-10. Application.

A conditional use permit shall be required for all uses listed as conditional uses in the residential, commercial, and industrial land use tables or elsewhere in this chapter.
(1) Filing. Application shall be made in writing by the property owner or his authorized agent, on forms provided by the community development department, and accompanied by such data and information as may be necessary to fully describe the request.
(2) Fee. The filing and investigation fee shall be as prescribed by city council resolution. (Amended during the March 2009 supplement.)
