(a) All uses subject to the provisions of Articles 22, 23, and 24.
(b) No building or enclosure in which animals or fowl, except household pets, are contained shall be established, kept or maintained within three hundred feet of any lot in any R, NP, or C zone, or from any school or institution for human care, nor within fifty feet of any dwelling or other building used for human habitation.
