The uses permitted in the R-R zone shall be those uses specified in the residential land use table (Article 4) and the commercial land use table (Article 13) for the R-2 and shall be subjected to the special conditions accompanying those tables.
Exceptions shall be as follows: duplexes and split lot duplexes are not permitted. (Amended during the March 2009 supplement.)
