City of Woodland has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to assess the potential environmental effects of the Woodland Gateway II Project (the Project). The purpose of the Draft EIR is to provide the public and City of Woodland decision makers with information about the effect which the proposed Project is likely to have on the environment, to list ways in which the significant effects of the project might be minimized, and to indicate alternatives to the Project.
The Draft EIR is now available for a forty-five (45) day public review period commencing on April 8, 2010 and ending May 24, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
Written comments on the Draft EIR will be accepted during the 45 day public review period (April 8, 2010 to May 24, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.) by the Woodland Community Development Department, 520 Court Street ,Woodland, CA 95695 (Attention: Cindy Abell Norris).
Copies are available for public review during normal business hours at the City Community Development Department, 520 Court Street, Woodland, California 95695 Library located at 250 First Street, Woodland and the Community and Senior Center located at 2001 East Street, Woodland.
