Did you know that when you pour your cooking grease down the drain it can clog your pipes? It happens all the time and eventually leads to expensive plumbing bills when a plumber comes out to your house to unplug the pipes. Of course, this is after the grease has accumulated on the pipes over time. But what you may not know is the grease also builds up in the sewer collection system, which can also lead to eventual blockages in the sewer lines, causing the sewage to overflow into the streets or even in your yard.
