Project Overview:

The applicant is proposing their project to be located at 1230 Harter Avenue in the City of Woodland in suite J within the proposed building. Property is zoned as M1 in the City of Woodland with an immediate access to 1-5 freeway. Applicant is proposing a type 11 medical and adult commercial cannabis distribution facility.

The existing facility needs only minor modifications. The facility currently has two roll-up doors, a secured fenced in yard for secure intake, an office space and warehouse area. Applicant is planning to construct a secured two-point access to the lobby area and to warehouse space that will not be accessible to public unless authorized and escorted by Applicant and to City/State officials for inspections. Applicant shall seal off the non-functional roll-up door that is not secured by a fence; In addition, Applicant is proposing to construct a quarantine area to hold cannabis products for testing purposes, security vault and packaging area for flower products. The facility will also have a sufficient break room and ADA compliant restroom for Applicant's staff and employees. 

The project itself occupies 3,776 sqft of warehouse space, 251 sqft of office space and a fenced/paved yard as a portion of a 42,241 total Kill of an industrial/manufacturing building.
