Join us at the fall landscape design workshops for pro-tips, best practices, and insights into converting your yard. Learn key concepts to successfully implement a plan for your upcoming water-wise landscape project.
Each course includes a presentation and a hands-on activity where participants will outline a custom design for their landscape or explore irrigation equipment. All materials, including aerial and street images of participants' landscapes, will be provided at the workshop. After completion of these workshops, you'll have an individually designed water-wise landscape plan, with solutions for a water-efficient irrigation system.
This year we are offering a NEW workshop for greywater systems. Learn the basics, and design considerations for laundry and shower greywater systems. Find out which plants like greywater best and how to determine if greywater is right for you. Question and answer as well as hands on experiences with materials, tools, and resources to get the job done for DIYers and more.
Workshops will be hold in Woodland, CA. Exact location will be provided one week before the first workshop. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our Water Conservation Program in the next few days with more information on how to prepare for these workshops.
