Administrative Services
The Department of Administrative Services provides a wide variety of services to all City Departments, City employees, City Council and various commissions and boards. Some of the department’s primary resource management services include:
- Audio / video services
- City Clerk services
- Financial services
- Human resource management
- Information technology management
- Purchasing services
Administrative Services contributes directly to the success of the following departments by providing quality services, specialized support and innovative solutions.

City Manager
Ken Hiatt was appointed as City Manager in July, 2020.

City Clerk
The City Clerk’s Office is the customer service interface between residents and local government.

Finance
The Finance Division is responsible for drafting the city’s annual budget, making purchases on behalf of the city, accounting for all civic assets and liabilities as well as promoting fiscal responsibility by providing city officials with the best financial information available.

Human Resources
The Human Resources division supports a workforce of approximately 275 full time employees and up to 200 seasonal employees. Working in partnership with the various departments, we strive to attract and retain the most talented employees.

Information Technology
This division is charged with the maintenance, upgrade and implementation of systems on the City Wide Area Network (WAN).

Equity, Environment, Economy, & Engagement (E4 Office)
The City Manager's Office of Equity, Environment, Economy, & Engagement (E4 Office) leads the City's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work along with Environmental Services. Economic Development, and Citywide Communications.
