Welcome to the City Finance Division! In addition to being the City’s fiscal manager, this department is here to serve the residents of Woodland. 

Utility Billing

The Finance Division bills customers for city services such as water and sewer. Utility bills can be paid online.

Other Responsibilities

The Finance Division is also responsible for drafting the city’s annual budget, making purchases on behalf of the city, accounting for all civic assets and liabilities as well as promoting fiscal responsibility by providing city officials with the best financial information available.
