Welcome to the City Finance Division! In addition to being the City’s fiscal manager, this department is here to serve the residents of Woodland. 

Utility Billing

The Finance Division bills customers for city services such as water and sewer. Utility bills can be paid online.

Other Responsibilities

The Finance Division is also responsible for drafting the city’s annual budget, making purchases on behalf of the city, accounting for all civic assets and liabilities as well as promoting fiscal responsibility by providing city officials with the best financial information available.

*Shut-Offs to resume on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.  In order to avoid service disconnection, the City must receive your total past due charges no later than 5pm on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.  If you cannot pay your total past due charges, you may contact us at 530-661-5831 option #2, to enroll in a payment plan.  Enrollment period for entering into a payment plan ends at 5pm on Friday, February 11, 2022.
