Scholarships

The campership application deadline for YBL is October 20.

Scholarships (known as "camperships") will be available for the 23-24 Youth Basketball League. Being a recipient of a campership results in a substantial fee reduction in program fees.  Camperships are available to families that meet a low-income requirement. 

Campership Criteria

Resident of Woodland
The camperships household must reside within the Woodland city limits. This excludes all PO Boxes, county road addresses, or non-Woodland addresses.

Income Qualification
Use the chart below to see if you meet the income requirementsQualified applicants will be in the classification of "Low Income" or below. This chart uses HUD’s 2022 Income limits for Yolo County.  Use the gross income for the entire household. Verification of income that your family qualifies for the YBL campership is required and can't be substituted for any other documentation. Submit copies of 2022 tax submission 1040 (not W2).

All requested information must be submitted with the application. Any missing information may result in a delay in application screening and/or denial of the application.

How to apply for the YBL Campership

Limited camperships are available. The campership application deadline for YBL is October 20. Families are limited to 1 YBL campership per household. All YBL camperships must be paid by October 27

Approval for a campership does not guarantee placement into the program. All approved applicants must register and pay the reduced rate of $69 to be guaranteed participation in the YBL program.
