Business License

The City of Woodland Community Development Department issues and renews business licenses.

To apply for a new business license, download the application (PDF) and deliver it in person or through the mail to the Community Development Department, City Hall, 300 First Street between the hours of 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.  If you have questions regarding obtaining a business license, please call our office at (530) 661-5820.

Sellers Permits Reminder

From the California State Board of Equalization: Effective January 1, 2013, the State of California mandates that the City include specific ADA information on our Business License forms. The State also requires Cities collect an additional $4 fee.
