Commit2Fit (C2F) is a citywide fitness initiative aimed to increase physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle. As part of C2F’s mission, the City of Woodland and local yoga instructors are hosting Yoga in the Parks for the entire month of September. Every Sunday morning in September a local yoga instructor will be giving a free session in the park of their choice. Our Yoga partners include Minakhi Sarma from Everyday Yoga at the Community & Senior Center, Cynthia Frueh from Makoto Kai Yoga, Sara Blickle from Kaia FIT, Lindsey Miguel from Urban Soul Yoga, and Karen Klussendorf from Lifeline Yoga and More.
