City, AARP, & District Attorney's Office Host Free Paper Shred Event

Join the City of Woodland, AARP Fraud Watch Network, and the Yolo County District Attorney's office for a free paper shred event as we work together to combat fraud and identity theft in our community.

The drive-thru shred event will take place on Wednesday, September 28 from 9 AM – 12 PM (or whenever the truck fills up) in front of the Woodland Community & Senior Center at 2001 East Street.

AARP volunteers will be onsite with information about how you can protect yourself and your loved ones from frauds and scams. This event is open to all residents with a limit of six large boxes per person.

For more information, please call (530) 661-2001 or visit aarp.org/nearyou
